Field chicken is a delicious and popular food for people of all races. The chicken market has had in high demand, including eggs and broilers, which have been imported to fulfill domestic demand. Raising chickens with the right technique is a business where farmers are successful and earn a high income to improve the family’s livelihood and society can meet the needs of the local market in Phnom Penh and supermarkets, as well as reduce imports from overseas. Seeing this great opportunity, Accelerating Inclusive Markets for Smallholders (AIMS) Project has organized a producer organization and clusters in collaboration with Green Innovation Cam (GIC) which a technical services provider partner and linkage businesses between producers with traders, inputs suppliers, who are the main actors in boosting their profits and contributing to the national economy.
